One such small shop located in C Scheme of Jaipur, whose name is Ankurit Kachori. All types of fast food items made here are completely prepared from sprouted spices. Especially the taste of Kachori is the most amazing. All the foods prepared here are full of nutrition, that is why people like them the most.
Lala Babu, who has been making Kachoris here for years, says that at all places, Kachoris and all types of food like samosas, mirchi bada, bread pakodas are prepared with the spices of potatoes or lentils, but we especially use sprouted grains with these spices. Sprouted pulses, gram and peanuts are used. Due to which the taste of Kachori is amazing and along with eating, it is also nutritious. All the food items are prepared in a warehouse and then they are fried in pure oil at the shop. All the items are sold as soon as they are ready. So kachoris and other food items keep being prepared continuously.
Crowds of people gather throughout the day
Lala Babu, who prepares sprouted kachoris, says that there is a constant crowd of people here from morning till evening. Kachoris are in highest demand here. In which onion and lentil shortbread is the most famous. Here lentil kachori is priced at Rs 15 and onion kachori is priced at Rs 25. The price of all the items here is very low. People come to our shop mostly for our unique sprouted taste. Because such unique taste is not available everywhere.
